Legal Advisor Needed for Consulting Assignment

Do you want to contribute legal expertise to a socially important organization during a recruitment period? We are now looking for an experienced Legal Advisor for a consulting assignment at 50% starting in early January.

About the Assignment

As a legal advisor, you will support and strengthen the internal legal function during an ongoing recruitment. You will work closely with the responsible manager and assist the organization in legal matters related to ongoing cases, contracts, and investigations.

Location: On-site in Kiruna, Jokkmokk, or Tärnaby. Remote work may be possible.

Scope: 50% with the possibility to work 100%

Assignment Period: January 7 - March 20, 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• As a consultant in this role, you will:
• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents
• Conduct legal investigations
• Keep up with legal developments in relevant areas
• Provide advice to the organization
• Represent in processes, such as in review cases, if necessary
• Participate in regular check-ins with the responsible manager

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Law degree, legal education, or equivalent
• At least three years of experience as a lawyer
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in public sector is an advantage
• You are structured, confident in your profession, and enjoy working independently. The role requires both integrity and good collaboration skills.
